מדיניות זו מסבירה כיצד LayerBuilt AI ("LayerBuilt", "אנחנו") משתמשת בקובצי Cookies ובטכנולוגיות דומות באתר layerbuiltai.com ("האתר"). היא משלימה את מדיניות הפרטיות שלנו.

1. מה הם קובצי Cookies

קובצי Cookies הם קבצי טקסט קטנים שנשמרים במכשיר שלכם (מחשב, טאבלט או טלפון) כשאתם גולשים באתר. לצידם אנו משתמשים גם בטכנולוגיות דומות, כמו אחסון מקומי בדפדפן (Local Storage). הם מאפשרים לאתר לזכור העדפות, לפעול בצורה תקינה ולאסוף מידע סטטיסטי, כגון העמודים שבהם ביקרתם, משך הגלישה, סוג המכשיר, השפה ורזולוציית המסך.

2. סוגי ה-Cookies שבהם אנו משתמשים

• הכרחיים: נדרשים לפעולת האתר ולאבטחתו, למשל קבצים של Cloudflare המגינים על האתר מפני תעבורה זדונית. לא ניתן לבטל אותם.
• העדפות: שמירת השפה, מצב התצוגה (בהיר/כהה) והבחירה שלכם בהודעת ה-Cookies. נשמרים במכשיר שלכם בלבד.
• סטטיסטיקה וניתוח: כלים שעוזרים לנו להבין כיצד משתמשים באתר ולשפר אותו, על בסיס מידע מצרפי. ייתכן שנשתמש בעתיד בכלים כגון Google Analytics.
• שיווק ופרסום: ייתכן שנשתמש בעתיד בכלים של Google ו-Meta כדי להציג לכם תכנים ומודעות רלוונטיים, באתר ומחוצה לו. השימוש במידע על ידי חברות אלה כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות שלהן.

3. שירותים של צדדים שלישיים

חלק מהשירותים באתר מסופקים על ידי צדדים שלישיים, ובהם Cloudflare (אחסון ואבטחה) ו-Google Fonts (גופנים). שירותים אלה עשויים לקבל מידע טכני כמו כתובת IP. כשאתם לוחצים על כפתור וואטסאפ, אתם עוברים לשירות של WhatsApp/Meta, הכפוף למדיניות שלהם.

4. מידע לא מזהה

המידע שנאסף באמצעות Cookies הוא לרוב מצרפי ואינו מזהה אתכם באופן אישי. אם תמסרו לנו מידע מזהה, למשל בטופס או בצ'אט, ייתכן שהוא יקושר למידע זה.

5. ניהול Cookies

• ניתן לחסום או למחוק Cookies דרך הגדרות הדפדפן. שימו לב שחסימה עלולה לפגוע בפעולה של חלקים מהאתר.
• למידע על האפשרויות לבטל פרסום מותאם, ניתן לעיין במדיניות הפרטיות של Google ושל Meta.
• הסכמה ל-Cookies שאינם הכרחיים אינה חובה על פי דין.

6. הדין החל

על מדיניות זו יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית תהיה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב.

This policy explains how LayerBuilt AI ("LayerBuilt", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on layerbuiltai.com (the "Site"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you browse the Site. We also use similar technologies, such as browser local storage. They let the Site remember preferences, work properly and collect statistics, such as pages visited, time on site, device type, language and screen resolution.

2. Types of cookies we use

• Necessary: required for the Site to work and stay secure, for example Cloudflare cookies that protect the Site from malicious traffic. They can't be turned off.
• Preferences: your language, display mode (light/dark) and cookie notice choice. Stored on your device only.
• Statistics and analytics: tools that help us understand how the Site is used and improve it, based on aggregated data. We may use tools such as Google Analytics in the future.
• Marketing and advertising: we may use Google and Meta tools in the future to show you relevant content and ads on and off the Site. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Third-party services

Some services on the Site are provided by third parties, including Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Google Fonts (fonts). They may receive technical data such as your IP address. When you tap a WhatsApp button, you move to WhatsApp/Meta's service, which is governed by their policy.

4. Non-identifying information

Information collected through cookies is usually aggregated and doesn't identify you personally. If you give us identifying information, for example in a form or the chat, it may be linked to that data.

5. Managing cookies

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect parts of the Site.
• For ways to opt out of personalized ads, see Google's and Meta's privacy policies.
• Consenting to non-necessary cookies is not required by law.

6. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
